Re: Naturalisation application processing timelines (only)

You can protest as much as you want, write letters, complaint... that won't change this : British citizenship is a privilege NOT a right. you can't argue with that, even if when they refuse an application, you can ask for reconsideration and not an appeal. I think this is very important that people...

I think it should be fine ,there is no thorough list with professionals, the one given is just an example of what could be a professional. I know someone who had his naturalisation granted with an assistant teacher as a referee (and surely that's not considered as a professional), and someone else, ...

Re: Amber only advice please on good character for nuturalis

Your question has been answered several times... Can't you just read section 9.7 the Good character requirement? Instead of of opening new threads... https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/385792/Chapter_18_Annex_D_v02_141210_web_version.pdf And if you are not both...

Re: Nuturalisation spouse of British citizen 3years complex!

The rules are pretty clear and written black and white, it has been confirmed several times and members have had their application refused by the home office because of this, and some have had their application denied at the NCS too. AGAIN read the good character requirement this has been updated in...

Re: British Passport application processing timelines (only)

I am talking sense. Most British people are against massive immigration, and that is a fact. If you have a problem with this then it's not my fault. Bringing/ breeding a foreign tribe in this country is something that is bound to be frowned upon. The only one who is embarassing himself is the guy w...

Ok but the woman at checking service spoke to.a caseworker in the HO and they said it depends on which Case worker you get.they may use discretion if you ask but it's simply a 50/50 gamble. But my husband didn't enter the UK illegally. He entered on a visit visa and overstayed it. He returned voluntarily and his spouse visa avisa was initially refused due to them claiming we hadn't put documents in that we had proof we did include.
