I read that, but thought to give a call anyway, had to hold for about 15mins, I think i called at 3:30 PM, the person at the other end was pretty helpful, he did not say anything about the 4 weeks. he gave me the earliest date as mar 29th, but i wanted it in apr 1st week. so he gave me on 5th.

That should not be a problem. In my case there was a break of 2 months just mentioned it in my salary. and there was no issue.
