Got a call from UKBA few minutes back telling my case is approved and he will be posting the documents back today.

I got this call as i was typing a mail to HR explaining the delay :)

I read that, but thought to give a call anyway, had to hold for about 15mins, I think i called at 3:30 PM, the person at the other end was pretty helpful, he did not say anything about the 4 weeks. he gave me the earliest date as mar 29th, but i wanted it in apr 1st week. so he gave me on 5th.
