Hi, my husband and I have lodged and appeal, and are currently waiting for the ECO to review our case, meanwhile, we have decided to reapply, because the appeal will take too long. thank you so much for the reply, i didnt state why we hadnt lived together, i didnt know it would be an issue. i spoke to a solicitor today, and he said that when i went to visit my husband in june,and stayed with him for 5/6 days, that would be considered as "living" with him.

i forgot to mention that the tenancy agreement is in his name, and my name, so does he need a letter from the landlord saying he can live there? also the couple that live in the property are the landlords..
