@Sachin Thanks for the reply... I've phoned them and they told me its progressing... I faxed the urgent form on 31st Aug... I made for 'medical reasons' to visit my family back home ASAP... Also I was told that I might get the Passport within next week.... Is that the time frame they work on the Urg...

1. Is it ok to apply for ILR instead of extension of LTR? From what I've seen on IND web site, this shouldn't be a problem, but I would appreciate some expert advice.

Have you Finished 5 years in WP category? Also once you obtain new WP you must get the new FLR since the old FLR is no more Valid. Even in case you have completed 5 years in WP and while applying ILR you must have a valid FLR where in your case the existing FLR is no more valid since it was issued o...

I got my appeal reply in 2 weeks and the hearing date was 5 weeks
after that.

The court decision on hearing was obtained in 10 days....

My previous FLR has been refused on June 4th

My new employer applied WP on June 1st (electronic application)

and recieved WP approval on June 14th
