Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

On top of these contact methods: complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk 0300 123 2241 Are there any other email addresses / phone numbers I can try to make the escalation of my ILR application? Anyone tried to call the DX service to see if any special delivery (for the BRP card and decision letter)? The waiti...

Re: ILR Passport

Do you have a photocopy of the 1st? If you don’t then how do have three? Also you can only submit what you have not what you perceive. I’m pretty sure HO has its ways to find any gaffes in ur immigration history if any. Hope it works out! Stay positive. I do have a photo copy of my 1st one and I al...

Re: New ILR process, Time to decision

If you read through several recent posts, you will see that quite a few people have had to wait several days to get a decision. I am sorry maybe I am blind but I didn't see anyone mentioned a successful application using the new ILR process. Could you please share the links? Thanks so much. Some re...

Re: ILR Application 10 years or 5 years working?

Sorry to be fussy, I checked a couple of threads on immigrationboards.com, it seems no one has got successful 'quick' decision using the new super priority service. Any successful stories? I understand that even for the old premium service there is no guarantee for the same day decision, but it seem...

Re: ILR Application 10 years or 5 years working?

All the PSC centers will close tomorrow. You cannot apply for a same day decision at a premium center anymore. Instead apply online and submit your docs/biometrics at one of the UKVCAS centers. There is no same day processing as far as I can see anymore :!:  Always changing ... I did a bit s...

Re: ILR Application 10 years or 5 years working?

Thanks very much. I will go through the online application and if I have further problems I will post them here. Also, I just wondering if anyone with simple caution can share their experience for applying through the 10 years route? I know it has passed 24 months now, and in theory, the case worker...

Re: ILR Application 10 years or 5 years working?

You previously said that you got a simple caution. Has it been 24 months since the caution ? a. Should I apply my ILR by using the 10 years stay scheme or using the 5 years working visa one? I mean which one will be easier? I heard that someone always got problems by applying via 10 years route, bu...

You will be refused ILR if you had a caution in the last 24 months, no matter what. For other visas, a simple caution is not serious enough and will not lead to a refusal
Thanks very much for your kindly help!

So it means if I got everything else ready (documents and etc), the caseworkers will not reject my application because of this 'simple caution' record? Thanks.

You cannot get ILR unless the caution is at least 24 months old. You can however apply for another visa
Thanks very much!

[Urgent] Need some help regarding to Immigration Rules part 9: grounds for refusal 322 1(C)

Hi all, I am currently trying to apply ILR (or so called permanent residence) in the UK based on that I have already lived here for 10 years. However, I found that I have got a simple caution due to some family argument and I have to accept the simple caution to get out of the police station (I was ...
