Re: Naturalization - question

Thanks for responses. We've scanned all the pages of passport in colour. Will it be fine or do we need to do it in black&White only? Also for proof of living in UK is passport sufficient? As it contains entry/exit stamps or shall we provide P60 or other similar documents? For proof of freedom from i...

Re: Naturalization - question

Hi, Would we need to submit the original passport with our application or do we need to just scan it? As passport is the proof for being in the UK for last 3 years, do we need to scan each and every page?

Thanks

Re: Vary Application

Hi, Just to update if it is useful for anyone that my wife got her ILR. We applied for her extension using online form and paid fee + IHS fee. At the end they mentioned you can submit your documents in 3-4 weeks time and also enrol for biometric. We didn't submit the documents and not enrolled for b...

Re: Proving accommodation for ILR set m

I think this counts as renting and rent is kind of included as part of her salary. So I think you can write a cover letter explaining that accommodation is included in her remuneration package and employer's letter confirms it. Don't think you need to provide photo id of employer.

Re: Spouse ILR - English Language

You need EITHER the B1 test OR the UK NARIC UKVI Red Route, ELA at level B1 at the minimum and Comparable Assessment. It costs £150, same as the 10 minute English test. Hi CR001, Thanks for your reply but I can't find any documentation where it says I need NARIC letter for medium of instruction wit...

Hi, My spouse needs to apply for ILR visa and for english language requirement we are thinking of using NARIC letters we've got but wanted to check if they'll be enough for ILR or not? These letters were used in previous FLR application successfully. We've got: 1 - Original Degree certificate 2 - N...

Re: Spouse ILR - English Language

This is what I've found from the UKBA website so far. Please let me know if this is correct? At Link: https://www.gov.uk/english-language You can prove it by having either: an English qualification at B1, B2, C1 or C2 level a degree taught or researched in English So according to this B1,B2,C1 or C2...

Re: Vary Application

Many thanks thats what I was referring to, that she will complete her 5 years on 13th Feb 2019 as she entered UK on 14th Feb 2014 but her first visa was issued on 20th Aug 2013 hence the shortfall. So that means she can apply 28 days before 13th Feb 2019 yeah? That will mean we will submit extension...

Re: Vary Application

Thanks both for your replies. I've read the document you specified and I think the leave will be extended under 3C would that mean she can vary application as soon as there are 28 days before her 5 year period completes? Or does she need to wait till 13th Feb when her 5 years will complete? Also the...

Re: Spouse Visa Help

Hi, I've searched through some of the topics here on the forum and it appears we can apply for ILR if 5 years are completed on the date of decision. Is that right? Or someone suggested we could put an application for extension then vary it to ILR. Can anyone experienced comment on it please? Many Th...
