An update guys. My babies passport was finally deliverd this morning. We were so over the moon. It was issued on the 1st and sms was sent to us yesterday that it had been printed. I checked the online status and it has now changed to dispatched.

Re: Applying for British Passport online

HMPO advice line is an absolute joke. Same generic replies and inexperienced staff reading off screens. Our new-born babies application has been with the Peterborough since the 9th of April and we have got the same status over the last few weeks "awaiting information from the applicant". When questi...

Does any have information about...

Re: Applying for British Passport online

Does anyone know if it is the Peterborough office that issues the passport or do they pass on the applications on from there to the local regional offices. Like we are in Manchester so the form has been passed onto the Liverpool office to deal with.

Re: Applying for British Passport online

Regarding the declaration form is it page 3 i.e. the declaration and countersignature page that only needs to be sent and not the other pages of the application form ??

Hello

My wife is applying for her nationality soon and wanted to know whether the same ESOL Certificate and letter from the college which she used to gain ILR can be used in her nationality application also. She did the course in November 2009 and certificate states clear pass.

Thank you very much They give you 3 months extra just to give enough time to arrive into the UK. Count 28 days backwards from the date of Entry sta...

If you are working full time I know it can be a problem to take time off work to arrange to go down to the PEO as its a full day thing.

Utility bills I have been told is good evidence to prove cohabitation.
