Were you able to apply for your partner's entry clearance? I'm also on the 10 year route to settlement under article 8 leave outside the rules. I'm looking to bring my wife by applying for entry clearance as spouse. Have you found an answer yet?

As far as I'm aware your application was granted correctly. When a partner of a migrant with limited leave applies using FLR form (any FLR forms) they will check if you qualify under the rules as a spouse. Since your husband doesn't have settled status yet (I'm assuming he is also on 10 year route) ...

Superpriority slots are normally released at midnight. Login to your application and wait from 12 am to 1am and you should see superpriority option. Superpriority slots are normally released at midnight. Login to your application and wait from 12 am to 1am and you should see superpriority option. Thats how i got mine
