Re: Missed English language requirement

You don't need to provide evidence, I applied couple of months back and got the approval last week. I had obtained ILR in 2015 using a Indian degree. If you are still concerned , you can login back to the UKVCAS website and upload your degree certificate under Education.( I can still login to UKVCA...

Now that naturalisation is sorted out, are you trying to experiment things that you wouldn't have done otherwise? Why dont you wait for the British Passport?

Re: English language Certificate

Same was the case with my wife's application. We answered Yes to "Have you met the requirement to qualify for settlement on or after 28th October 2013?" and we weren't asked to provide any supporting documents for English language. Therefore we did not provide it. We applied in Jan through UKVCAS an...

Citizenship ceremony and Passport application

My wife is attending the citizenship ceremony on Saturday (private one). She is planning to apply for the passport using online application form. Can she apply immediately or should we allow some time for the council to inform Home office that the ceremony has been completed? Appreciate your response.

Re: Application Date Clarification and Proof of Living in the UK Query

1) The date of payment (06-Feb) is the date of the application. Therefore, you must be good. Besides, when I completed the application form online, it was clearly stated that date of exit and date of entry need not be counted as absence since you were present in the UK on both the dates. Your trip t...

There is no guidance provided on the sections where each document must be uploaded.
If you are unsure, you can add them to the "other" section.

Re: Urgent help please

I did my scan with 300 dpi. UKVCAS confirmed the scan quality was good.
If you are using a higher dpi (600, for example), you can try reducing it to 300. If it still doesn't work, try uploading the passports in two files - part 1 and part 2.

Re: Document uploading need urgent help pls

A single pdf containing all the pages in the passport is the proof of application.
Although, it may not make sense, that's the way it is :)

Isn't there is a difference between section 6(1) and 6(2) interms of ILR? Section 6(1) not, at any other time in the 12 month period ending with date of application, subject under the immigration laws to any restriction on their period of stay in the UK. Section 6(2) not, on the date of the applicat...

Although it is not necessary to send the original, since you haven't uploaded the forms prior to the UKVCAS appointment, I would suggest that you post them quoting the case id.
