I have received 2 BRP for PBS Dependant Tier1 visa with different BRP reference and rest same information. Definitely a mistake by UKVI and I am going to inform them about this, however just curious to know, that does this mean there are 2 files created in their system? Is it ok to keep 2 BRP with me?

Re: Visitor Visa Query-Single set of docs to bring both in-l

applications should be done separately. Ideally one set of documents should be good as both the files will be going to the same case worker if applied at the same time. However on the safe side, you can take copies and attach on the other applications. There is no harm in attaching copies of the spo...

Re: FLR M new rules April 2014

well. that sounds good if that rule doesn't apply for her on FLR M. Only reason for me to prefer FLR M cause she is just here for 10 months. Even if it is reset that would extend only 10 months of stay. FLR M cost less so thought about going ahead with FLR M. Anyway, thanks Amber, however, can you p...

Re: PBS Depedant or FLR M

Thanks Vinny. However I still have 2 doubt before I go ahead and take decision to be in PBS Dependant. As per the Statement of Changes proposed 13th March 2014, as per 7.5 , she would not be able to continue in PBS dependent extension or settlement through this route as she came in August 2013. I recently got my IL...
