hIEE TO ALL , Yesterday i received a letter from HSMP (dated 30th nov) case rejected (my application was 27th may 2004 , pakistan ,but it was as per my expectations so no hard feelings but there were some strange points which i wanna discuss . I totally agree with paki . they r rejecting cases which are very strong have good experiences , educational backgrounds , good earnings for very very minor reasons or sometimes no reason at all ,giving wrong points on education and experiences, earnings , this is all BULL shit i dont agree with the...

Dear samran ,
My friends application was also rejected as his wife had done PHD from Karachi university and was given point of Masters so that means its not a mistake second time u may also get the same reply .see if u can gain points elsewhere

my friends application was rejected
His wife was the main applicant from Pakistan , she had done PHD and he himeself had done MPA(Masters of public administration) from Karachi University

but according to the rejection report
the wife got points of masters and he got points of bachelors

marriage date

I submitted my application on 25th May 2004 , but 2 years will be completed in october 2004 , will I be able to get spouse points because at the time of application it wasnt complete 2 years but at the time of processing it will be more than 2 years
