i believe you will get Retain Right if you prove that your ex is active treaty and during the divorce as well

yes but I been told that the Home Office does not count 10 years if it is combined between the EU law and UK immigration law, Is that right?

yes i been a student visa until 2011 and afterwards i got married to EU and got another 5 years but not sure if i can mix between uk immigration law and european?
