Re: ILR 5 Year route

Hello, It is because I was on the partner visa and I still had many months of remain left. I did not want to switch so soon after paying so much money applying. Now I am on the 5 year partner leave so I am planning to apply on this route for the indefinite leave. Is this still okay?

Re: FLR(M) extension query

Hi, is there a risk you can get rejected if you apply more than 28 days before? ILR is not a problem for me because I am completing 10 years in the UK in 2018 so I can apply for it anytime after my partner visa extension expires. Is this the case? I am thinking of booking a premium service on the we...
