Re: Settled status and living abroad or EU

The link relates to people holding UK ILR only. If you hold UK ILR, i.e. specifically applied for it (not Settled Status), you are likely to loose ILR after 2 years absence, but may be able to apply for a returning resident visa. The EU Settled Status is more generous, i.e. 5 years absence (pre-set...

Anyone did had or have a civil partnership and tried to live in EU? It is hard to find info about civil partnership and living with partner in EU. Re: Settled status and living abroad or EU

No expert of Settled Status but consider that this 5 years allowance for Settled Status holders hasn't really been tested yet - scheme came in some time late 2018. Also the Home Office is well known for it's badly worded guidance on almost every topic .... what they mean (I think) is if you go over...

Thank you for replying! So the 3 years waiting is starting from court decision date? Also I will be able to apply after 3 years and do I have to declare or will not have an issue with refusal after 3 years? Another question is that do I need to prove or how long in a year I am in the UK for citizens...

Re: Lost BRP

I did reported as BRP through https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence- ... en-damaged. I suppose it should be okay? Also I applied through that website as BRP as well. I don't think it should be a problem? I have to provide the evidence and booked my biometrics.

Re: Settled Status, Travelling and Citizenship

3. Naturalisation: As Settled Status is a digital only status your EUSS reference number will be sufficient, you could also attach a copy of the approval email. 2. Fingerprints: Can't really comment here - but if your card is still valid why did you apply for a new one? 1. Travel: I understand your...
