Hi Everyone,

Just out of interest, are you transferring form Tier 1 (PSW)? Yes, I am switching from psw to tier 2. I could not get what you meant by saying "It is stated that in three months (from allocation of certificate), allocation will be automatically reset. We later found out that there were some errors that need to be corrected and it wasn't a minor error and so the certificate was withdrawn (unused at this point). However, we only had 1 allocation in our Sponsorship...

my employer applied on 27th JUly....yes do keep me posted...whats ukba telling ur employer? UKBA said it can take upto 3 months or more...They will consider it urgent only when visa will expire in 4 weeks time...My visa is due to expire on the 5th jan 2013....So, i cant request urgent consideration...

My employer applied for cos on the 20th june and we are still waiting for it. Can you please let me know when did you apply? In my case, first cos was cancelled due to an error made by my employer. Please keep updating if you receive the cos...I will also do so...
