Re: New salary threshold of £38,700

Someone said it hasnt changed in 10 years However if you add 3% (24k) or even 6% inflation that will only take it to 31k In order to earn the requirement it will be 187% more than min wage.. so thats 21.50 an hour. very unlikely in today or even previous economic climates Does this rule apply to tho...

Re: FLR(M) or FLR(FP) for spouse

I believe if those 4x months are used in the formula to meet the financial requirement then yes
(i.e average of those 4 months * 12 months)

If not then you need to show 1 years worth of payslips

FLR (M) with new job

Hi quick question to clarify: I can meet the financial requirement with 6 months alone whilst changing jobs, the rules state you are allowed to give up to the last 2 years and work out the mean average but I can do this with 6-9 months.. Re: Visitor visa to UK while waiting for spouse visa?

Since your application has been sent, how will border control know that is being progressed?
Furthermore, if something does go wrong, how will that impact a submitted application?

Re: Whatsapp Chat - Does it need translation for UK spouse visa?

your solicitors are misinformed or deliberately misleading you to cause extra paperwork to scrutinise you
i was given the actual letter issued by the visa office in london during submission in feb 2020

feel free to add it, it may not get looked at

Hi, Just a quick question, as I am applying for the spouse extension visa. In terms of the 6 months of payslips required, via the employed route. What happens if I change job within the 6-months? Re: ILR Family visa finance documents

If you have this, this supersedes any contracting you did earlier or the fact you are a director of a company which at the moment doesnt have a lot of activity (and thus you are not usi...
