Denying US Visa based on countries visited?

Has anyone heard of anyone being denied a work visa, ESTA, or green card based on countries previously visited? Supplying your degree?

Hi there I am in the process of sending of my Tier 2 after finally (3 months later) getting my cos! Is there a list anywhere of the additional documents to send other than the base ones advised by the home office? I keep reading about cover letters, official letters of job offers etc but I can't see...

Re: Issuing Authority of a Tier 5?

Issuing Authority of a Tier 5?

I'm currently making an application for a Tier 2 visa and have to include information of my previous visas to the UK, which would be my Tier 5 Youth Mobility visa which was applied to from New Zealand (processed in Manila). In the application though we have to state who the issuing authority was - d...

Re: Restricted COS decisions for August 2015

Has anyone had any issues with their labor market test not having a maximum salary advertised? My employer had advertised a salary as being dependent on experience - so there was a minimum figure given but the final amount would be negotiable for the right person. When it comes to the amount listed ...

Re: Restricted COS decisions for July 2015

Thanks for that. Sounds like we had similar ideas - I found on one of those internet archive sites the data for back to September 2014, but hoping to track down the April - August ones!

Re: Restricted COS decisions for July 2015

Hi all - on my second rejection now at 40 points, but my employer is keen to keep trying. We have one more shot in August before our RLMT expires. Does anyone know if there is anywhere where you can see what the figures were like at this time last year? The government website only goes back to early...
