Does she satisfy the 5-year completion rule? If we consider Visa Start to End dates, its 23 days short of 5 years.

Hi TODMATT, Thank you very much for the reply. That further complicates my situation. Does it mean, she has to apply for FLR after getting my ILR? (As per the gov.uk site, FLR has to be applied with a copy of partners full passport and BRP ). Then i cannot apply by post as that process is taking any...

Hi, My Indian Passport is going to expire on 30th of July 2013. I have to renew it as soon as possible, but i have a travel plan in the 1st week of May 2013.
