Re: OCI documents required ?

Hi,

- royal mail prepaid envelop

How are you planning to get the envelopes? The application guide suggests 2 Royal Mail next day Silver Plastic envelopes with postage paid.

Are you getting the silver envelope or the normal envelope?

Thanks

Re: English Requirement for NATURALISATION

The university and the degree is still listed in the calculator. I think the problem lies in the first question, if you choose Tier 2, then you wont see points for degree, and if you choose Tier 1, you will see points. Don't know the reason behind it, but I saw it in another thread, where someone in...

Re: Naturalisation - English language

I chose Tier 2, and I guess that's the problem. I saw in this thread http://www.immigrationboards.com/indefinite-leave-to-remain/which-pbs-calculator-printout-for-english-language-proof-t173238.html , that it doesn't work for Tier 2 but works for Tier 1. I am going to try with Tier 1 option and see ...

Re: English Requirement for NATURALISATION

Yes, its listed, and I used the same PBS calculator successfully for my ILR application last year.

What I am not able to get is the points for Degree separately. I can see points for overall, salary, maintenance, english language, but not degree.

Re: English Requirement for NATURALISATION

From the point based calculator, I can see I get 30 points for the degree and 10 points for English language. I hope this should meet the requirement for knowledge of English language. Thanks, alladin Hi, Did you get points for degree and English language separately? because when I tried the Calcul...

When can I apply for Naturalisation?

Hi, I got my ILR on 19th Jan 2014 after completing 5 years in Tier 2 ICT, and I understand that I need to complete 12 months in ILR before I can apply for Naturalisation. For ILR, there is a provision to apply 28 days before you complete 5 years, so just wondering if there is any similar provision f...

I guess, for the "Number of hours this salary is based on:" , shouldn't it...

I am using the Set (O) form, but just realised that the form doesn't have the option for 'eligible based on previous application', which I remember seeing somewhere in the heaps of forms and pages on UKBA or immigration websites. Got it confused, sorry about that. I guess, I can click the 'A degree ...
