Hi,
Dont take any chances since the visa fees you will pay is high,If you can provide an agreement copy it will be good.
I was in similar situation, and was sharing a flat with my friend, I paid the fees as required by the letting agent and included my name in the Rent agreement.

Hi, I received my Tier 1 extension biometric card today and I noticed the name and surname is in reverse order. ie NAME: Surname FirstName This is as per the passport which has surname first. Hi,
If you do not have dependents, then try for the Post Office option, or call their numbers and seek advise. select the latest available dates, I too had similar problems and gave Biometrics on the 15th working day at croydon as I had two dependents.

Hi,
Its also worth checking on the conditions to register with the police on new address, It is not compulsary for all Tier1 visas but applicants from some listed countries.

I shifted to a new rented house and entered both the adresses as required on the application form

Proof of Stay for 12 months

Hi, I suggest it will be good to have some documents(Council Tax, Utility Bills or House rent Agreement ) to prove you are in the UK for more than 12 months and hence maintenance funds to be £800.
