Last year I got ILR on 5 years HSMP + Tier1 basis, My wife is on PBS dependent visa now, she is qualified for ILR as she completed 2 years stay in UK, she came to UK in Feb 2011. Could you please let me know if she need to submit her earning...?

Thats because when we book an appointment, its asking "Which service are you applying for?", I am applying for SET(O) and my wife for FLR(M), so in one booking we cannot select both SET(O) and FLR(M).

I am applying for ILR this month and I dont have a initial Work permit letter but I have the visa stamp in the passport. Is it mandatory to produce the work permit letter?

Work permit = 3 months
HSMP + Tier 1 = 4 years 9 months

Total 5 years.

How you are arriving at a figure of only 54 days delay? 17 Dec to 8 March is more like 80 (without me bothering to count exactly).
