You should count the reckonable periods from your passport, ie the time you were on work permit conditions. Do not count the gaps or the periods when you were not in permission. also, could you find out whether your permission was revoked when you left your employer? In anyway, if you think you qua...

After 10 months of wait, more than 100 emails, faxes, letters and personal visits...........i finally got my decision letter with all the documents I submitted with the application and guess what I was DENIED!!!! becuase of not having resided in another EU country.... EVERBODY!!!!!!!!!!! i have a good news.....

I spoke to solvit crowed, they saying DoJ are in process of changing decision letters following the court rulling........and will issue new letters shortly!!!!!!

looks like everybody will get a positive letter this time!!

lets celebrate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

after more than 100 emails, 9 letters, 2 faxes and 9 months......i received an email from DoJ, saying they're processing my application at the moment!!! i can imagine they'll definitely take another 9 months to make a decision on it which will be DENIED!!!

no i never been through this kind of situation but i know that all status but only C-visas are extendable and transferable..... students are allowed to change their visas to work permit while in the country and so can come back to study visa whenever they want. i changed mine from study visa to work...

yes, she can come back to status whatever it was before getting spousal work permit.

she will have get an admission in a college / university and bring the letter with bank statement to GNIB and it will be converted on the spot!!

there has to be something differentiating our cases from the ones got approvals!!!! the only difference i see is, all the approval ones went through a particular solicitor......most of the cases through that solicitor approved already and the rest are in pending......even one of my friend submited h...

yes limey, thats right!!

all marriages after may 2006 have to comply with eu residency rule to get their EU1 application approved and the marriages before that are not to comply with this rule.

did u get married before may 2006???? because the new stupid law of residing in another eu state was imposed in may 2006 and all cases before that are waived from this requirement. couple of my friends got their residency because they got married before the law!!
