Just found in the AN booklet two things:- (I) the requirements are indeed separated out giving clarity i.e. You can satisfy the knowledge of language and life in the UK requirement if you: 1. have passed the Life in the UK test; AND EITHER 2. a. have a speaking and listening qualification in English...

Confusing KOLL question 1.22

I have just got my ILR i.e. after 28th October 2013. I'll be applying for naturalisation in Dec 2014. To me it seems the question 1.22 has got the AND / OR placed incorrectly creating confusion. The last two exemption conditions (i.e. KOLL satisfied during settlement application after 28/10/2013 and...

I dont know why in none of the replies from Home Office they accepted and they simply ignored that questions. I hope Home Office ch...

No, it shouldn't matter. That is a grey area.
Check the remarks section on your BRP for restrictions, except those anything is acceptable if it meets the UKBA financial requirement.

Hello all and many thanks for the replies to my questions so far. I'm in the midst of filling in the SET(O) form. The question asks for the date I first entered the UK. 28 days before 5th year anniversary. This confuses more than answering anything. 5th year anniversary is ambiguous keeping in view below two points from UKBA.
