if any one is single and have completed 9 years and 8 months in the UK legally can he apply FLR FP on basis of only private life if he/she has some exceptional circumstances that they cannot leave the UK.

1. if I vary the application then will it be counted as in time application only or not.

Thanks for reply guys.

A tier 4 student who has got 20 hrs right to work and if he works voluntary for rest 10 hrs is also a offence I was not knowing and that is why I was confirming.

Hi, As per my assumption the applications which are on hold more than 2 months they are because of TOIEC exam, the person who gave TOIEC exam before whether they used or not used in Home office don`t matter but they keep their application on hold. Hi,

If you withdraw your application then I think UKVI gives 10 days as my friend withdraw it and got 10 days to leave the country . But can be different case to case I am not sure about that.
