Hi there,
I became British citizen by naturalization in 2015, never worked since arrived in the UK in 2008 as I had to look after my child and my partner works more than 24 hours and earns £35000 pa.

summer08, I wouldn't worry. If they make a requirement for applicants to produce police certificates from their countries, I don't think it will affect already submitted applications. For 2 adults and 1 child it will be £906 x 2 + £669 = £2481 This includes ceremony fees for the adult applicants. I've just received a letter from NCS to confirm my appointment stating that:
''YOU MUST HAVE NO MORE THAN 1 FIXED PENALTY DRIVING OFFENCE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS''.

Hi there,
I have been caught travelling at 41 mph in 30 mph speed limit road in Edinburgh/ Scotland and have received NIP.
I have a clean driving licence and this is my first fault after 20 year driving!
Anybody knows how will this matter normally be dealt in Scotland?
