Re: help help i need some information about how to settle in

Then WORK on them. If they refused you because you had an e...

No Insurrance and Not displaying L Plates - Driving w provis

The offence was : - Driving on a provisional - Not displaying L Plates - Not on the car insurrance. She received a court summons 3 days ago and had to plead guilty by post. 1 - Now...

Thx for your response and sorry if you took my answer in an offensive way. Good luck for you visa application. It's true, the rules say "may". So my advise will be "take a chance and don't enrol" and see what it gives. But for an intelligent person, it definitely makes more sense to focus and spend ...

They will NEVER grant you AND do biometrics at a later date. Biometrics are made in order to check if u have any previous conviction. Is your bruise and cut, so BAD that you aren't recognisable?? Can't you get fingerprints done? Now something i know is that the picture on the ILR card is the one you...

Why don't you just put dash "-" there??

Apply under 40hrs/week which is what your WP was granted for. The options you have is to 1 - ask for your employer to increase your salary so you fall above the SOC code (even for this month and the next) OR 2 - get a soc code with similar responsabilities for which you are above the threshold. What...

Re :

Barclays DOES stamp!! I had the same issue and got it sorted by going to a branch. Do NOT go with your statements. Go there and ask for a statement. Then tell them to stamp it. Go to a small branch as they'll have more time for you - small branch = not busy branch.

Let us know how you get on

Re

Had the EXACT same problem!!

Go to the branch directly and ask for a statement. Then tell them they need to stamp it cos it's for a Home Office Visa Application.

Take no chances -
