Re: help for Financial requirements for FLRM ILR

However I have decided to shorten the current financial year to Jan 2020(so April 2019 to Jan 2020. ilr due in Feb 2020) . In both years my dividends and salary combined...

Re: UK Fiance Visa: shortened CT600 + other vaf4a Appendix 2 questions

Thanks for the reply. I am in a very similar situation so if you could pls guide. I have a few questions for you. How did you prove your income. Did you show the payments as dividends only or dividends and salary combined. Showing as combined would probably require more explanation. Do we still need...

Thanks. My company was created on 16March 2018 The company has been fully operating since March 2018. So my accountant has provided the following documents: 1 ) 2 ct600 documents - one for 16 march 2018 to 15 march 2019 and one for 16 march 2019 to 31 march 2019. Re: Spouse ilr set(m) visa financial requirements

Forgot to mention. The net income and profit declared are well above the minumum £18600 threshold.
Would that be enough over lack of dividend vouchers?

Re: 30 hours child care Eligibility with ILR Father and Tier 1 dependent Mother

Hello, I am in a similar situation. Can the op advise whether he eventually applied for the 30 hours option. Does both parents need to have 'recourse to public funds' without any immigration restriction or just a single parent will do. Also what difference does it make if I apply in my name or the w...

@AB112 - I overlooked that someone is living in your living-room. If the flat is a one bedroom property - than I am afraid it does become overcrowded. If its a 2 bedroom property- you should be ok.
