Re: T2 visa- Visa supporting documents

British government's official website has comprehensive list of documents. I guess you don't need a No crime certificate and if your employer is providing your maintenance as well, you don't need much documents. TB certificate if applicable, IELTS test card if applicable, all passports , fees payme...

Are passport size photographs necessary for Tier 2 general visa documents submission?

I had my tier 2 general visa documents submission on 27th July 2018 in Chennai, India. I was never asked for passport size photos to be submitted along with the documents. But I remember submitting photos for my previous tier 2 ICT visa. Is it a new process to use the photo taken during biometrics i...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

I have been waiting for 8 months now @ 50 points! Why 8 months? Should you not have got through in Jan/Feb/April? I had lower salary back then, got bumped up to 50k in May. Probably you are getting through this month. But, did your employer undertake new Rmlt for higher salary? From what I know, if...

Re: Do we need salary more than 50k for Senior Software Engineer?

Hay Guys, I recently heard from couple of my friends from UK saying that, in order to get Tier 2(General) visa you should have offer letter with salary more than 50K/anum. What happens if I get an offer less than 50k? Will the restricted COS itself rejected? or We get COS but when we apply visa, wi...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

55 points and 50 points backlog are high according to June stats. Like I said before, expecting the points to be between 45 to 50 this month. Once these backlogs are cleared till 45, the very next month we can expect a huge drop in cut off points. Again, this is just my view.

Re: Maintenance for Applying Tier 2 General Visa

The alternative is for your employer to certify your maintenance for your first month in the UK. This means that they are basically supporting you during this time, and so no bank statement is required on your end. My understanding is that your employer would do this by checking a box when applying...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

As per Home office statement the changes come into effect from 6th July. As always said nobody can really predict the cut off, but taking into facts like doctors and nurses especially getting moved out of the quota and also the unused COS from April to June [generally this count is nearly 300] adds ...
