I sent my files on 28th Aug by Royal Mail, and received the confirmation on 31st Aug that they received it and have forwarded to TechCity UK. Between this time there was no communication. It seems they only notify when they forward your application to Techcity.

I have similar situation, got seat belt related 'non endorsement fixed penalty' I was offered online course which I completed and didn't have to pay penalty. Do I need to declare this driving offence in my in country tier 1 visa switch application?
