When you guys called ukvi the first time and informed about decision so did they send confirmation email after that or was that confirmation was verbal over the phone only?

I have concerns about running director payroll if extension is in process over six months.
I heard director can not take salary from company if T1E application is not decided and pending over 6 months.
Please share your views on it.

It should be easy to get this overturned in AR.
There are no other options other than JR, but for now just focus on the AR.

If you apply for admin review then it will give you extra time in order to sort out the documents for fresh application.

Wish you best of luck.
Some of the members got visa within a month after interview and some of them still waiting for months. It varies.
Assuming the new temporary immigration team might sort it out quickly.
I was wondering have they asked for any extra documents to be provided or emailed?

If you vary to tier 2 and the application is successful so would it continue your section 3C for 10 years ILR?

You can still send the updated documents to HO until the application is decided
