Below therefore are more information help yu determine which form or the cat.
Husband qualified for ILR based up on long residency back end of 2015 and switched as tier1 ent. Wife came to UK in beginning of 2015.

I noted it from my son's passport application form that if child is British national at the time of birth that led me to assume born British is being national while being British through naturalization system is being citizen

(my interpretation to the guidance and relevant law) she, doubtlessly, being spouse of British citizen provided you were (you said you will be) and a list of requirements being met at the same time for her AN application to be approved

You admit to have done more than 20 hours during holidays and off-term times when a student is(in your case was) allowed for more than 20 hrs work.

having said that gaining passport abroad can take a considerable long time and travelling on certificate of naturalization may not be allowed by the airlines operators are there other options available enabling him to travel back to UK?
