Guys.... We have just recieved a letter from INIS, telling us that we cannot get the Residence Card, as they told us before, but they approved permission to remain in the state fro my wife, under Stamp 4 conditions for the next two years...... I cant belive it.......! hope this starts going out for ...

I have one more question, after received the residence not granted for my wife, have already someone on the same situation travelled out the country and back to Ireland, they will have this info in the sistem in the airport computers, it will be ok and we will be able to come in again till the simil...

waht do you think....is there a chance to contact kumar....and get all our problems into court aswell with them, that way we could make things easier if we want them to win the case...as someone posted last time the case is not really strong...so I am sure here we are lots that have stronger cases.....

we sent the EU1 form in November and just got the letter back this monday.
Hope it helps the info., if you check other subject you will see when all aplied and got responses....

i talked to them today on the phone, I got my refusal on monday, and they told me that my wife can stay till the court define the ongoing review of similar judicial proceedings, so we can travell and stay untill this proceedings have been decided...of course they would not stamp my wife any in her p...

I am with you, my letter says that I didnt showed that I have lived in another EU country, they never asked me before in the EU1 Form, and I was not trying to lie, if they had told me before I wouldnt have been here waiting for more than 6 month, more I wouldnt have never applied that way I they kne...

so I am in the same situation, I started on november 2006 the EU1 application form, I am EU citizen but never lived in europe, so my wife will be regected....what do you think I should do before the 6 months end and receive the negative......

we once went to the garda immigration office and they extended us the passport turist visa for 3 more month, then we presented our EU1 Form and they told us that after that it was ok and we didnt need to upgrade the passport one untill we get the EU1 Form reply...
