Did you ask them how long will they be granted for. As our Tier 1 General is expiring shortly last time they got visa till our leave. As now we dont have a leave (covered till the appeal goes) so how long will they get their visa for if they get.

Re: TAX Returns amendments

Tuntuna, usually new guidelines in the UK are published with a transition period i.e. phasing out the old policies and phasing in the new ones. Those who have already applied for amendments, they would never fall under the new guidelines even if they come in effect in Jan'16, which is very hard to ...

unfortunately they will refuse again because they caught you and then you amend your returns if this was done before the application you may easily be granted ILR

Well I am already married and got a kid so it looks there is no option left for a person who is settled here...

By Jan/2014 just before my visa expires, I've applied for ILR, it was refused as my co...

FLR on what basis?[/quote]

On the basis that I have spent 10 years in this country lawfully and have wife kid settled here, is there nothing like I can get 2 years discretionary leave to remain and spend this conviction and then go for ILR
