If you can prepare the letter for ur employer with monthly GROSS-NETSALARY-MONTH-NETDEPOSITEDinBANK for the payslip mismatch period.. you shd be fine.. this letter from employer is the best option..

You dont need to have job in hand while u apply for ur dependent visa.. u shd have the required maintenance funds, proof documents like DOB certificate, etc.. job is not mandatory..

Agree with the above reply but as per most of us.. we found ppl applying as early as 3-4months only and as per the HO rules you need to apply 28days before expiry of ur current visa.. so i wld say it is too early to apply now.. if your earnings in UK if from 12month then YES u can use UK experience but when u use UK experience u can not use conversion rate for indian salary if u r claiming

Get a no objection letter from the landlord with council tax receipt/ any house document in his name..

n the letter should say that it is spacious enough for u n ur family n others living there.. the letter shd also describe the no. of rooms etc...

Instead of advance salary ask ur employer to give the required amount as Bonus, as bonus is accepted as earnings without any hassels.. :cry: I am really stressed by this all...when I had planned to apply aug 11th and i currently have 95 points I JUST got a new job which will make me have 100 point b...

if you have 10days time, Call them on customer care, request them to send a copy of the bankstatements you want u will get them at ur postal address I 4-6days n free of charge..

printed bankstatements should have sign / stamp both..

If you r a monthly salaried one... yo can use any 12 consecutive months from 1st April 09 till 31st March 10;

12 or 15months here should be taken as the period you worked n not the salary deposited dates...

But if you are asking regarding ur future visa extension.. there is no problem as long as you are paid in and through ur UK company in UK bank..

But if you are asking about ILR or PR than ur current 12months working outside UK is a point to think of...
