as moderator said! how about if you have been given right to appeal and you lodge the appeal and 28 days pass and you still have time for the appeal and you decide to leave in between? that will give you extra time but need to check with moderator if that will not effect your future entry clearance....

anybody got recently hearing if please let me know how long do they send you hearing results...

and i get positive reply.......how long do i have to wait to see if HO apeals or not.....so i can send my passports....

a friebd of mine was refused on T1 general all points given except degree HO SAID they contacted college n found he never studied or he was a student there and information in certificates are inaccurate. he is scared to go to court! he still wants to go to court and see if he is lucky to get visa......

unfortunately i was refused visa under 320 forge documents

but i have right to appeal

i am going to appeal

as appeal will help me stay for a while and see if i win appeal if lucky...


but my question is can i switch to student catogory in mean time or in last when decision is final by judge?

as it is not their requirement if your wife is already here....

it seems pretty clear show them certificate and explain maintenace funds.... but that last one missing statement ?? get that..........


once you have these , you dont need anything else.........and shoud go through....

if i were you, i woud do employer liability as a formality for HOme office and cancel once i get visa....

I applied for my Tier1 11th Oct at PEO, my application was held as my earnings included self-employment. I received my Passport on 16th Nov with visa stamped for 2years. can you tell if if you applied yourself..... or applied through agent.... and then how does it work... Ho call you/agent to colle...
