Do not worry about visa.
This is a emergency situation in the country and a matter of survival.
So survive first and no one will punish you for claiming a benefit when PM advice you to stay home.
And how you meet the immigration requirements when PM advice you to stay home?

Its over three weeks now but no update from hmpo I spoke with the operator over the phone and he told me that passport application is currently under checks and they are unable to give any time. I also wrote a complaint on hmpo contact form but same result. Any one knows how long hmpo takes to issue...

After getting spouse entry clearance visa and till first spouse visa extension or ILR, do the sponsor needs to maintain the minimum income level for whole five years?
Or just need to meet the financial requirements before applying extension or ilr?
