Assuming your partner worked for 5 continuous years before 2012 (and registered for WRS if was employed), then the children are British from birth. Regardless if you apply for a passport. Hi, I received my BRP card (ilr).
I asked some friends, their name is shown as First name- Surname, but mine is Surname -First Name.
It seems most people got 10yrs, but mine is 9 years and 4 months.

Hi, I was on EEA2 and recently got ILR. I would like apply for child benefit for my 2 children. One is 3 yrs old and another is 3 month old. Question 1: When I was under EEA2, Were I subject to immigration control? If I claim by ILR, they can not backdated to 3 months because I just recently got it....

Sorry, I mean exercising treaty rights, the problem is that we do not know how long will takes to solve it. Do you think if ILR has been refused will affect EEA4 application or not? But if withdraw will still have record? plus loss over £1000
