Congrats for getting ILR.

Even I do have a similar situation where I have a single absence of 94 days outside uk, but this was not for any business trip.

Do you think this will be considered as well ?

ILR 94 days gap at a go.

In my case I am within this limit of 180 days, but in a single trip, I was out of UK for 94 days. I initially came to UK on a Work permit in...

ILR 90 days Rule

Hi,

I am aware of the fact that there is a 180 days rule which says that you cannot be out of UK for more than 180 days in last 5 years to be eligible for ILR.

In my case I am within this limit of 180 days, but in a single trip, I was out of UK for 94 days. Can this be an issue ?

Well...I just had a word with customer service ...
