Then he lodge application to HC and application was accepted , and preceding start .

Well highly Chances they will issue decision by End of July ۔
Very rare case they will request further time with promise that they will issue decision in certain time۔

So most of Cases they respond in 12 week with decision but if you unlucky they didn't respond in 12 weeks so you open Door for JR , In JR proceding they can't asked you further time because you already gave them so finger cross.
