They have not been in contact whatsoever. Whenever I call they say "it's being processed, you just need to wait".

It's now exactly 5 months since I sent it all off...

Payment was taken almost straight away but we had to send the certificate from his ESOL qualification a little later as it hadnt arrived. It was sent by the 2nd week of February. Hi Marco,

Thanks for your reply. I've just realised that we can actually apply for the British Citizenship in November this year which we will do straight away so hopefully he would have that by the time we want to travel to America in September/October 2012 and can just apply for an ESTA.

i took photos of each room and wrote measurements down and the embassy told my husband that's fine and they need no further paperwork. just so you know, my husband just recently got his visa and this was all we submitted. plus the rental agreement and a letter from my mum saying we could live there.
