Hi I applied for T2 dependent visa and i got it on same day.
But some one who applied for ILR based on Tier1 got rejected for tax issue.
I am concern because i will apply next year based on 10 year and before i apply i will clear all my tax issue.

As per my knowledge.... Your maintenance fund should be in your name. And if you tick in application that you are showing your maintenance then they will look for yours only they do not bother look in to your cos. Did you tick both your fund and your sponsor also agree for maintenance in application...
