Re: ILR application for dependents

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I've been trying to find a list of documents required on UKVA but can't find a guidance document for Tier 2 dependents to ILR applications. I saw a few posts on this forum with these documents.

Regards
Vish

ILR application for dependents

Hi, I got my ILR through the Tier 2 (5 year) route and my wife and daughter are now eligible to apply for their ILR. The list of documents required to prove we are living together is not very clear to me. As far as I know, we need to provide, 1. Marriage certificate 2. Tenancy agreements with both o...

Re: Tier 2 Salary increase - Delayed in update to UKVI

Hi, I was expecting a letter or an email asking for additional information of the salary increase and not a compliance visit as I've been working for the same company for nearly 8 years and the company is quite well known. But the compliance officer came unannounced and we had no time to prepare. Ou...

Re: Tier 2 Salary increase - Delayed in update to UKVI

Hi, I had the same issue where i got a 10K salary increase. My employer forgot to update the SMS system but we decided to update it anyways almost 2 months later. I applied for my ILR on 13th October at the Sheffield premium service center but didn't get a decision on the same day due to the huge sa...

Re: 30 hours childcare , one parent ILR

Hi, My wife arrived in the UK under tier 2 dependent visa on 25th September 2015. I have received my ILR recently and my wife is eligible to apply for the ILR as she has completed the required 5 years. If I apply for the 30 hour childcare, would her ILR application be rejected? In the UKVA website, ...

Re: 30 hours childcare , one parent ILR

Hi, I have a question relating to this. I have gotten my ILR and my wife and daughter are in tier 2 dependent visas. They are going to apply for ILR next month. I would like to apply for 30 hours funding now as the deadline is 30th December. Will me getting 30 hours funding have a negative affect on...

Re: Salary change - payslips required

Hi,

thanks for your reply. The pay increase was to meet my salary requirement for the visa. Is that a bad thing though? I have been working for my company for 8 years now and they want my services to continue so they have given me the pay rise to keep me employed in the company.

Re: Salary change - payslips required

Hi all, Sorry for the late reply - we were moving homes so didn't keep track of the thread. I haven't applied for my ILR yet as my Tier 2 visa is valid until March 2019. I have been working for the same company since 2011 and my salary was increased from £26,000 to £35,500 in May'18. My company is A...

Salary change - payslips required

Hi, My salary is going to be increased to £35500 from May'18. I am hoping to apply for my ILR by mid-June. I understand I need to submit 3 payslips with my application. Is it ok to show my latest payslip with £35500 gross salary and the previous 2 payslips with my old salary which is lower than the ...

Re: Tier 2 General visa extension - Confused with the SOC co

Hi all,

I just went for the same day service and I got my visa extended with a NQF level 4 soc code. I submitted the email I received from the home office as part of my application. Not sure why some applications are successful and others aren't. Hope it works out for everyone!

Re: Tier 2 General visa extension - Confused with the SOC co

Hi Meng, It clearly states in the Tier 2 policy document that the skill levels don't apply if you are applying for a extension (but the policy document is for applications after Nov'15). https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/477879/Tier_2_Policy_Guidance_11_2015.p...

Re: Tier 2 General visa extension - Confused with the SOC co

Thanks iWorker for your quick reply. My office just received a reply from the Home office - I had asked them the same question a few weeks back. They replied saying: "1) The minimum salary rate for the appropriate SOC would need to be paid for the extension. 2) As long as his role has not significan...

Tier 2 General visa extension - Confused with the SOC codes!

Hi, The remit of my current Tier 2 General visa ends in February 2016 and I intend to extend it by a further period of 3 years. It would really help if anyone can clarify a few points. I switched to a Tier 2 (General) from a previous Post Study Work visa in February 2013 under the NQF level 4 SOC co...
