Thanks Maria, The ukba site has never been clear on this regard and since it said if the uni is on the points calc then its accepted, so she did not get the medium certificate. :( Hey hi..now that your wife has gotten her medium of instruction certificate from her university, you wil have no problem...

During the ILR process they check the last 3 months slips and all P60s.. so not sure how this might come up. This is what I too think - he might get away with this..... May be the only issue was he went offshore to submit resignation instead of submitting it here. Don't say why he went off shore :d...
