Any answers on my question please? Seems likely that: 11 sept minus 28 days 15 August minus 28 days Dependants will have to apply for extension just before current visa expiry ie 14 July. Vary their extension applications to ILR once with in 28 days of qualifying period.. Thank you so much. One mor...

Question on ILR eligibility for my dependants

Hi, I'm on Tier 2 General visa since Jun 2015 (5 years visa valid until 14 July 2020) and I would be completing my 5 years in Jun 2020. I believe I can apply for my ILR 28 days before my 5 years completion. My family joined me only in Sept 2015 and they too have their PBS dependant visas valid until...

I just got my Tier 2 visa couple of days back and I was also asked to write my office address as the main contact details by my employer's immigration specialists. This is absolutely fine!

Re: Tier 2 General Migrant approved - no BRP card?

OK, I now found out the reason why I haven't received a 30 days visa. I started my application sometime in March, hence it was still considered as an old style application and do not have the section called "BRP Collection Location" whereas for all applications created on/after 6 April 2015, I belie...
