Hi, My wife's appeal is pending and hearing date is in September. Now she will finish her 10 years in last week of June. Can she apply for ILR on the same day service? If she can than she needs to cancel or withdraw her appeal but as soon as she cancel her appeal she will loose her continuous leave(...

But I Varied my application more than 90 days ago and they deducted my fees. I think I should talk to them.

I think for FLR(M) A1 English Test is not valid anymore, it has to be A2.

He got his biometric letter yesterday for SET(LR) application. Can he get refund for his previous application? Please let me know.

My brother varied his application from SET(O) to SET(LR), but they have taken fees for the varied application as well. What is the procedure for get refund for his 2nd application?

I know someone had interview in Sept 2016 and still waiting..

My friend applied in Sept 2016 PEO and still waiting.

But when you apply for ILR later they will still check your previous Visas, I think.

I have received an email today saying that your application has been received but still no Biometric letter.

I think SET(LR) is the best option for you and you can apply for your wife and daughter on FLR(M). It is just my personal opinion.

You need to see a good barrister who is working with this kind of case. Best of luck mate and please let us know the outcome.
