Thanks for prompt response. I couldn't find anything specific for speeding conviction. I just need to know if it will effect my application even if the offence happened after the date of application?

Also, should I inform home office about this?

Thanks,

Hi,

I got my ILR recently under HSMP + Tier 1 (General). You just need last 12 months payslips and bank statements and then P60 for last 4 years. That should be sufficient. Yes, P60 is official document to prove income for a year.

Thanks

I claimed points based on my initial HSMP application. I got 5 points on that application and I claimed the same this time. However, I think the case workers are mainly concerned with the income and your economic activity for 5 years rather than qualification or age etc. You will get the same points...

Thanks Shhameed for your reply. Hi Karin or anyone else,

Thanks for your reply. Actually I was on Student Visa and then switched to HSMP back in 2007. So, the question is do I need to provide documents that I used for HSMP from Student Visa or just documents for last 5 years since I got HSMP?

Thanks,
Wilayat

Hi Karin, Could you please let me know if you provided documents for your income etc. on which basis you initially secured HSMP or just the income documents after you got HSMP (5 years from the date you got HSMP)?
