I might be wrong, but pending asylum claim doesn't allow you to work. It just means it's pending. The individual has nothing to work with. Hi, anyone please share experience about passport application for the child born outside the Uk. What document required, do they need DNA test, do they have to attend biometric appointment or not etc.
