I see, thank you. That's terrible. Basically they want people to pay again then for small mistakes!!! Why would somebody who wants a visit visa be able to argue their human rights?! Sneaky gits :x
Oh well, at least we will see him for New year. Thanks for the help.

Danielle.

Just to add...i realse there are no restrictions as such as he doesn't have the 'no resource to public funds' on his permit but didn't know if when it comes to an IO's decision, it could look bad and go against him? X

First trip to Uk

Hello, Im afraid I have yet another question! Just looking at possible flights. Would we have to enter the UK from an EEA country for the first time? We would like to visit Albania first and then fly to the UK from there. Is this possible and would it be likely to cause any problems at Gatwick or do...

There is a post for eea2 processing times but none seem to be Surinder Singh route. Although there is a 'queue...

Although other members personal stories can be very helpful it is the gurus who will be honest and say 'I'm not sure'', ''it's not 100%'', ''get legal advice'' whereas a lot of members going through the process will give the wrong information thinking they have understood ...
