I think ILR still is after 5 years it has not been changed yet,

I still belive that, they have done the mistake to granting 2 years visa.

Does any one know the email of HO to present this issue.

Initially it was HSMP so it was only 2 years of initial visa + 3years of extension, now it has been changed to Tier1 so it should be 2 years of HSMP and extension should be for 3 years.

I called Home office and they said that Tier 1 is granted for 2 years for extension of the visa.

Hi All, I have been approved for 2 years instead of 3 years. Hi, My Wife get HSMP dependant visa from pakistan month ago. But she will travel within 2 to 3 months of time instaed of 28 days after issuing of Visa.
