ILR quick question

now my husband has his ILR when he is filling in forms and they ask the question ARE YOU SUBJECT TO IMMIGRATION CONTROL does he still need to say yes?

thanks for the reply, glad i don't have to photocopy the application form, and think i will just photocopy the the doucments they have asked for but not all the back up bank statements as that will cost a fortune!

thanks for the reply, i do have loads of backup documents but have put them in the same file so might seperate them now as i have put in 2 years of bank statements. i guess i am worrying over silly things! Married name

My husband came to uk on a spouse visa, he is now applying for his indefinte. I didn't change my surname to his surname when we got married so our documents have my maiden name on it will this look bad for the application?

i won't be having a legal rep as can't afford one so will be putting the file together myself. where can i get it translated and how much does it cost?

It says to provide our marriage certtifcatte but as we got married in Guinea, Africa it is all in French will they accept this, if not what do i have to do?

also my husband has 3 points of his license for speeding does he have to put this on the application under crinimal offences and does it make his application look really bad?

thanks for the reply, we have lots of bills and accounts in joint names so thats no problem and we are looking into the life in the UK test which i think costs about £35. But if we want to apply in person how far in advance do you have to make the appointment if you do it on line. im just so scared...
